We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all regular jewelry. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and kept in original packaging with all accessories intact.
Custom, engraved and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping for personal preference returns. We cover return shipping if items arrive damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
